Steering Committee Minutes and Reports. One representative of each party shall be designated to take minutes of each Steering Committee meeting. Within fifteen (15) days following each Steering Committee meeting during the term of the Agreement, the Steering Committee shall prepare and provide to each party a reasonably detailed written report which shall summarize the outcome of the meeting.
