STEERING COMPONENTS Clause Samples

The "Steering Components" clause defines the parts and mechanisms responsible for controlling the direction and maneuverability of a vehicle or equipment. This clause typically outlines which specific components—such as the steering wheel, linkages, and associated hardware—are included under this definition and may specify standards for their maintenance, repair, or replacement. Its core practical function is to clearly identify the scope of responsibility for steering-related parts, ensuring that all parties understand which elements are covered under the agreement, thereby reducing disputes and clarifying obligations.
