Step Completion Verification Sample Clauses
The Step Completion Verification clause establishes a process for confirming that specific milestones or phases within a project have been satisfactorily completed before proceeding to the next stage. Typically, this involves formal review procedures, documentation, or sign-off requirements by one or more parties to ensure that all agreed-upon deliverables or criteria for a given step are met. By implementing this clause, the contract ensures accountability and quality control throughout the project, reducing the risk of disputes over incomplete or substandard work.
