Common use of Stipulation of Procedures under the Procurement Law Clause in Contracts

Stipulation of Procedures under the Procurement Law. For purposes of Article 3(f) of the Procurement Law, the Procurement Guidelines, the Consultant Guidelines, and the provisions of this Schedule collectively constitute the stipulated procedures for the procurement of goods, works, non-consultant and consultant services financed under this Agreement.
