Stock and Cash Reserve. Northfield Bancorp agrees at all times from the date of this Agreement until the Merger Consideration has been paid in full to reserve a sufficient number of shares of Northfield Bancorp Common Stock and to maintain sufficient liquid accounts or borrowing capacity to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement.
