The Company shall have delivered to the Buyer a copy of the instructions delivered to the Transfer Agent instructing the Transfer Agent to issue the stock certificate evidencing the Shares as required by this Agreement and deliver such stock certificate to the Buyer within five (5) Business Days after the Closing Date.
