Common use of Stock Certificate Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Stock Certificate Restrictions. The Executive acknowledges that the Company will place a restrictive legend on any certificate representing the shares underlying the Options, and a “stop transfer order” with any transfer agent of the Company’s securities, barring the sale or other transfer of such shares without registration under the Act or an exemption therefrom, and noting the existence of the lock-up agreement above.
