Common use of Stock Certificates; Fractional Shares Clause in Contracts

As soon as practicable on or after the date of any exercise of the Option, the Company shall issue and deliver to the person or persons entitled to receive the same a certificate or certificates for the number of whole shares of Common Stock issuable upon such exercise, together with cash in lieu of any fraction of a share equal to such fraction of the current Fair Market Value of one whole share of Common Stock as of such date of exercise.
