Stock Dividend, Stock Split and Reverse Stock Split. Upon a stock dividend of, or stock split or reverse stock split affecting, the Shares, the Committee shall adjust the number of outstanding RSUs in an equitable manner to reflect such event. Adjustments under this paragraph will be made by the Committee, whose determination as to what adjustments, if any, will be made and the extent thereof will be final, binding and conclusive.
