Stock Dividends and Securities Distributions. If, at any time or from time to time after the date of this Warrant, the Company shall distribute to the holders of shares of Common Stock (i) securities (including rights, warrants, options or another form of convertible securities), (ii) property, other than cash, or (iii) cash, without fair payment therefor, then, and in each such case, the Holder, upon the exercise of this Warrant, shall be entitled to receive such securities, property and cash which the Holder would hold on the date of such exercise if, on the date of the distribution, the Holder had been the holder of record of the shares of Common Stock issued upon such exercise and, during the period from the date of this Warrant to and including the date of such exercise, had retained such shares of Common Stock and the securities, property and cash receivable by the Holder during such period, subject, however, to the Holder agreeing to any conditions to such distribution as were required of all other holders of shares of Common Stock in connection with such distribution.
