Stock Exchange Listing of Class A Common Stock. So long as any Warrants remain outstanding, the Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to take all necessary action to have the Class A Common Stock, immediately upon their issuance upon exercise of the Warrants or upon conversion of Class B Common Stock, (i) listed on a national securities exchange or (ii) if the Class A Common Stock is not eligible for listing on any national securities exchange, listed for quotation on the over-the-counter market as reported in the “pink sheets” published by Pink OTC Markets, Inc.
