Common use of Stock Exchange Listing Clause in Contracts

Stock Exchange Listing. The Common Stock shall be registered under the Exchange Act and shall be listed on the Trading Market, and the Company shall not have taken any action designed to terminate, or likely to have the effect of terminating, the registration of the Common Stock under the Exchange Act or delisting or suspending from trading the Common Stock from the Trading Market, nor shall the Company have received any information suggesting that the Commission or the Trading Market is contemplating terminating such registration or listing.

Stock Exchange Listing. The Common Stock shall be registered under the Exchange Act and shall be listed on the Trading Market, and the Company shall not have taken any action designed to terminate, or likely to have the effect of terminating, the registration of the Common Stock under the Exchange Act or delisting or suspending from trading the Common Stock from the Trading Market, nor shall the Company have received any information suggesting that the Commission or the Trading Market is contemplating terminating such registration or listinglisting except as disclosed in any Prospectus.

The Common Stock shall be registered under the Exchange Act and shall be listed on the Trading MarketMarket (as defined in the Purchase Agreement), and the Company shall not have taken any action designed to terminate, or likely to have the effect of terminating, the registration of the Common Stock under the Exchange Act or delisting or suspending from trading the Common Stock from the Trading MarketMarket (as defined in the Purchase Agreement), nor shall the Company have received any information suggesting that the Commission or the Trading Market (as defined in the Purchase Agreement) is contemplating terminating such registration or listing.

The Common Stock shall be registered under the Exchange Act and shall be listed on the Trading Market, and the Company shall not have taken any action designed to terminate, or likely to have the effect of terminating, the registration of the Common Stock under the Exchange Act or delisting or suspending from trading the Common Stock from the Trading Market, nor shall the Company have received any information suggesting that the Commission or the Trading Market is contemplating terminating such registration or listinglisting except as disclosed in the Prospectus Supplement.

The Except as disclosed in the Incorporated Documents, the Common Stock shall be registered under the Exchange Act and shall be listed on the Trading MarketMarket (as defined in the Purchase Agreement), and the Company shall not have taken any action designed to terminate, or likely to have the effect of terminating, the registration of the Common Stock under the Exchange Act or delisting or suspending from trading the Common Stock from the Trading Market, nor shall the Company have received any information suggesting that the Commission or the Trading Market is contemplating terminating such registration or listing.

The Common Stock shall be registered under the Exchange Act and shall be if and as applicable, either admitted for quotation or listed on the Trading Market, and the Company shall not have taken any action designed to terminate, or likely to have the effect of terminating, the registration of the Common Stock under the Exchange Act or termination of quotation, delisting or suspending from trading the Common Stock from the Trading Market, nor shall the Company have received any information suggesting that the Commission or the Trading Market is contemplating terminating such registration registration, quotation, or listing.

The Common Stock shall be are registered under the Exchange Act and shall is or will as of the Closing Date be listed on the Trading MarketNASDAQ, and the Company shall not have has taken any no action designed to terminateto, or likely to have the effect of terminating, terminating the registration of the Common Stock Shares under the Exchange Act or delisting or suspending from trading the Common Stock Shares from the Trading MarketNASDAQ, nor shall has the Company have received any information suggesting that the Commission or the Trading Market NASDAQ is contemplating terminating such registration or listing.

The Common Stock shall be registered under the Exchange Act and shall be listed on the Trading Market, and the Company shall not have taken any action designed to terminate, or likely to have the effect of terminating, the registration of the Common Stock under the Exchange Act or delisting or suspending from trading the Common Stock from the Trading Market, nor shall the Company have received any information suggesting that the Commission or the Trading Market is contemplating terminating such registration or listing. “Trading Market” means the Nasdaq Capital Market.

The Common Stock shall be registered under the Exchange Act and shall be listed quoted on the Trading Market, and the Company shall not have taken any action designed to terminate, or likely to have the effect of terminating, the registration of the Common Stock under the Exchange Act or delisting or suspending from trading quotation the Common Stock from the Trading Market, nor shall the Company have received any information suggesting that the Commission or the Trading Market is contemplating terminating such registration or listingsuspension from quotation.

The Common Stock shall be registered under the Exchange Act and shall be listed on the Trading MarketNew York Stock Exchange, and the Company shall not have taken any action designed to terminate, or likely to have the effect of terminating, the registration of the Common Stock under the Exchange Act or delisting or suspending from trading the Common Stock from the Trading MarketNew York Stock Exchange, nor shall the Company have received any information suggesting that the Commission or the Trading Market New York Stock Exchange is contemplating terminating such registration or listing.

Stock Exchange Listing. The Common Stock shall be registered under the Exchange Act and shall be listed on the Trading Market, and the Company shall not have taken any action designed to terminate, or likely to have the effect of terminating, the registration of the Common Stock under the Exchange Act or delisting or suspending from trading the Common Stock from the Trading Market, nor shall the Company have received any information suggesting that the Commission or the Trading Market is contemplating terminating such registration or listing, other than as currently set forth in the SEC Reports.

The Common Stock Shares shall be registered under the Exchange Act and shall be listed on the Trading MarketMarkets, and the Company shall not have taken any action designed to terminate, or likely to have the effect of terminating, the registration of the Common Stock Shares under the Exchange Act or delisting or suspending from trading the Common Stock Shares from the Trading MarketMarkets, nor shall the Company have received any information suggesting that the Commission or the Trading Market is Markets is/are contemplating terminating such registration or listing.

Stock Exchange Listing. The Common Stock shall be registered under the Exchange Act and shall be listed on the Trading Market, and the Company shall not have taken any action designed to terminate, or likely to have the effect of terminating, the registration of the Common Stock under the Exchange Act or delisting or suspending from trading the Common Stock from the Trading Market, nor shall the Company have received any information suggesting that the Commission or the Trading Market is contemplating terminating such registration or listing, except as disclosed in the Registration Statement and the Prospectus.
