Common use of Stock Holding Period Clause in Contracts

Stock Holding Period. The Participant agrees to hold all shares of Common Stock acquired upon the exercise of the Option and/or the SAR granted hereunder for a minimum of 12 months following the date of such exercise. This holding period shall not apply to shares sold or tendered by the Participant and/or withheld by the Company to pay the aggregate Exercise Price and/or to settle tax liabilities related to the exercise, and as otherwise may be provided under the Company’s Stock Ownership Policy.
