Common use of Stock Holding Period Clause in Contracts

Stock Holding Period. The Restricted Stockholder agrees to hold the shares of Restricted Stock acquired hereunder for a minimum of twelve months following their Vesting Date. This holding period shall not apply to shares of Restricted Stock withheld by the Company to settle tax liabilities related to the vesting of such shares.
