Stock Holding Period. The Award Holder agrees to hold the shares of Common Stock acquired upon the vesting of the RSUs for a minimum of twelve months following their Vesting Date. This holding period shall not apply to shares of Common Stock withheld by the Company to settle tax liabilities related to vesting, and as otherwise may be provided under the Company’s Stock Ownership Policy.
