Stock Investment Options. (a) No deferrals, employee contributions, employer contributions or exchanges into the MSG Networks Stock Investment Option shall be permitted to be made by MSG Networks Participants or Spinco Participants following the Distribution Date. No deferrals, employee contributions, employer contributions or exchanges into the Spinco Stock Investment Option shall be permitted to be made by MSG Networks Participants or Spinco Participants following the Distribution Date. (b) The 401(k) Plans will be amended as of the Distribution Date to: (i) create a Spinco Stock Investment Option; (ii) enable the Spinco Stock Investment Option to receive shares of Spinco Common Stock to be distributed in the Distribution on behalf of participants in the 401(k) Plans; and (iii) provide that, following the Distribution, no new amounts may be contributed to the MSG Networks Stock Investment Option or the Spinco Stock Investment Option, whether through employee contributions, employer contributions or exchanges.
