Stock Investment Options. (a) No deferrals, employee contributions, employer contributions or exchanges into the MSG Networks Stock Investment Option shall be permitted to be made by MSG Networks Participants or Spinco Participants following the Distribution Date. No deferrals, employee contributions, employer contributions or exchanges into the Spinco Stock Investment Option shall be permitted to be made by MSG Networks Participants or Spinco Participants following the Distribution Date.
