Common use of STOCK ISSUANCE DATE Clause in Contracts

STOCK ISSUANCE DATE. The issuance of the Shares in the form of a stock certificate issued by the Company’s transfer agent or through a book entry by the Company’s transfer agent shall occur within a reasonable timeframe of the execution of this Agreement. The Subscriber acknowledges and understands that this subscription is being made on a “best efforts” basis.
