Common use of Stock Issuance Clause in Contracts

Stock Issuance. In exchange for the cancellation of the remaining principal balance of the debt owed by Unifoil under the Note, UHI shall issue Sixteen Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-Seven (16,697) Shares of voting common stock of UHI. The issuance of such shares shall be duly authorized and such shares shall be issued free of all liens and encumbrances and duly evidenced in the stock ledgers of UHI as kept by UHI and by any duly authorized agent of UHI.

Stock Issuance. In exchange for the cancellation of the remaining principal balance of the debt owed by Unifoil under the Note, UHI shall issue Sixteen Thirty Thousand Six Three Hundred NinetyFifty-Seven Eight (16,69730,358) Shares of voting common stock of UHI. The issuance of such shares shall be duly authorized and such shares shall be issued free of all liens and encumbrances and duly evidenced in the stock ledgers of UHI as kept by UHI and by any duly authorized agent of UHI.

Stock Issuance. In exchange for the cancellation of the remaining principal balance of the debt owed by Unifoil under the Note, UHI shall issue Sixteen Five Hundred Thousand Six Nine Hundred Ninety-Seven Two (16,697500,902) Shares of voting common stock of UHI. The issuance of such shares shall be duly authorized and such shares shall be issued free of all liens and encumbrances and duly evidenced in the stock ledgers of UHI as kept by UHI and by any duly authorized agent of UHI.

Stock Issuance. In exchange for the cancellation of the remaining principal balance of the debt owed by Unifoil under the Note, UHI shall issue Sixteen One Hundred Sixty-Eight Thousand Six Hundred Ninetyand Thirty-Seven Five (16,697168,635) Shares of voting common stock of UHI. The issuance of such shares shall be duly authorized and such shares shall be issued free of all liens and encumbrances and duly evidenced in the stock ledgers of UHI as kept by UHI and by any duly authorized agent of UHI.

Stock Issuance. In exchange for the cancellation of the remaining principal balance of the debt owed by Unifoil under the Note, UHI shall issue Sixteen Eighteen Thousand Six Four Hundred NinetySeventy-Seven Two (16,69718,472) Shares of voting common stock of UHI. The issuance of such shares shall be duly authorized and such shares shall be issued free of all liens and encumbrances and duly evidenced in the stock ledgers of UHI as kept by UHI and by any duly authorized agent of UHI.

Stock Issuance. In exchange for the cancellation of the remaining principal balance of the debt owed by Unifoil under the Note, UHI shall issue Sixteen Three Hundred Six Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-Seven and Nine (16,697306,609) Shares of voting common stock of UHI. The issuance of such shares shall be duly authorized and such shares shall be issued free of all liens and encumbrances and duly evidenced in the stock ledgers of UHI as kept by UHI and by any duly authorized agent of UHI.

Stock Issuance. In exchange for the cancellation of the remaining principal balance of the debt owed by Unifoil under the Note, UHI shall issue Sixteen Nine Hundred Ten Thousand Six Seven Hundred NinetyThirty-Seven Two (16,697910,732) Shares of voting common stock of UHI. The issuance of such shares shall be duly authorized and such shares shall be issued free of all liens and encumbrances and duly evidenced in the stock ledgers of UHI as kept by UHI and by any duly authorized agent of UHI.

Stock Issuance. In exchange for the cancellation of the remaining principal balance of the debt owed by Unifoil under the Note, UHI shall issue Sixteen Thirty-Three Thousand Six Five Hundred NinetyEighty-Seven Five (16,69733,585) Shares of voting common stock of UHI. The issuance of such shares shall be duly authorized and such shares shall be issued free of all liens and encumbrances and duly evidenced in the stock ledgers of UHI as kept by UHI and by any duly authorized agent of UHI.
