Stock Option Exercises. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, in the event that this Agreement terminates for any reason, the Company shall not, unless required by law or the express terms of the applicable plan or stock option contract relating thereto, impede or delay the exercise of any option to purchase shares of the Company’s common stock granted to Employee pursuant to any plan approved by the Company’s stockholders
