Stock Options or Restricted Stock. The Executive shall be eligible to participate in a stock option or restricted stock plan established by the Company (the “Equity Incentive Plan”) pursuant to the terms of the Equity Incentive Plan and any applicable agreements thereunder as determined from time to time by the Board.
