Stock Plan Providers. The Company and the Employer transfer the Employee’s Data to Fidelity Stock Plan Services LLC, a broker firm/third party service provider based in the United States of America and engaged by the Company to assist with the implementation, administration and management of awards granted under the Plan (the “Stock Plan Provider”). In the future, the Company may select a different Stock Plan Provider and share the Employee’s Data with another company that serves in a similar manner. The Stock Plan Provider will open an account for the Employee to receive and trade shares of Common Stock acquired under the Plan. The Employee will be asked to agree to separate terms and data processing practices with the Stock Plan Provider, which is a condition of the Employee’s ability to participate in the Plan.
