Stock Plan. Upon Executive’s Date of Termination, Executive’s entitlement to any unvested options, restricted stock or other equity award granted to Executive under a stock plan sponsored by Sears shall be determined in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable award agreement and the stock plan document regarding termination of employment.
