Common use of Stock Plan Clause in Contracts

Stock Plan. This Option is subject to all of the terms and conditions set forth in the Plan; provided, that, notwithstanding anything in this Option Agreement to the contrary, to the extent of any conflict between the terms of the Plan and this Option Agreement, the terms of the Plan shall control. By acceptance hereof, Optionee acknowledges receipt of a copy of the Plan and agrees to and accepts this Option subject to the terms of the Plan. A copy of the Plan is on file with the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
