Stock Plan. Upon Executive’s Date of Termination, Executive’s entitlement to any unvested options, restricted stock or other equity award granted to Executive under the Orchard Supply Hardware Stores Corporation Stock Incentive Plan (“Stock Incentive Plan”) or any other stock plan sponsored by OSH or an OSH Affiliate shall be determined in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable award agreement and stock plan document regarding termination of employment.
