Common use of Stock Pledge Agreement Clause in Contracts

Stock Pledge Agreement. Concurrently herewith certain of the Companies are executing and delivering to the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Lenders and the Administrative Agent, a stock pledge agreement pursuant to which each Company party thereto is pledging to the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Lenders and the Administrative Agent, all of its shares of capital stock in certain of its Subsidiaries. Such pledges shall be governed by the terms of such pledge agreement and not by the terms of this Agreement.

Stock Pledge Agreement. Concurrently herewith certain of the Companies Borrowers are executing and delivering to the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Lenders and the Administrative Agent, a stock pledge agreement agreement(s) pursuant to which each Company party thereto is the Borrowers are pledging to the Administrative Agent, for the benefit Agent all of the Lenders and the Administrative Agent, all of its shares of the capital stock in certain of its the Borrowers' Subsidiary or Subsidiaries. Such pledges pledge(s) shall be governed by the terms of such stock pledge agreement agreement(s) and not by the terms of this Agreement.

Concurrently herewith Upon the Administrative Agent's request, certain of the Companies are executing will execute and delivering deliver to the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Lenders Banks and the Administrative Agent, a stock pledge agreement pursuant to which each such Company party thereto is pledging will pledge to the Administrative Agent, for the benefit Agent all of the Lenders and the Administrative Agent, all of its shares of the capital stock in certain of its Subsidiaries. Such pledges shall be governed by the terms of such stock pledge agreement and not by the terms of this Agreement.
