Common use of STOCK PROMOTION Clause in Contracts

STOCK PROMOTION. The Company will not participate in a promotion of its capital stock during the term of the loan and will publicly disavow any such promotion should it occur despite the Company’s best efforts to discourage such promotion.

STOCK PROMOTION.
