Stock Register; Ownership of Securities. The Company will keep at its principal office a register in which the Company will provide for the registration of transfers of the Securities. The Company may treat the Person in whose name any of the Securities are registered on such register as the owner thereof and the Company shall not be affected by any notice to the contrary. All references in this Agreement to a “holder” of any Securities shall mean the Person in whose name such Securities are at the time registered on such register.
