Common use of Stock Restriction Agreement Clause in Contracts

Stock Restriction Agreement. In connection with and as a condition of exercising this Option, the Optionee hereby acknowledges and agrees to execute a Restriction Agreement (or other agreement restricting Optionees rights in the Shares acquired or to be acquired by the exercise of this Option) by and between Optionee, the Company and or one or more other holders of equity securities of the Company in the form that the Company provides at the time of exercise and as may be amended by the Company in it sole discretion from time to time.

Stock Restriction Agreement. In connection with and as a condition of exercising this Option, the Optionee hereby acknowledges and agrees to execute a Stock Restriction Agreement (or other agreement restricting Optionees Optionee’s rights in the Shares acquired or to be acquired by the exercise of this Option) by and between Optionee, the Company and or and/or one or more other holders of equity securities of the Company in the form that the Company provides at the time of exercise and as may be amended by the Company in it its sole discretion from time to time.

In connection with Upon exercise of the Option and as a condition at the request of exercising this Optionthe Company, the Optionee hereby acknowledges shall execute and agrees deliver to execute a Restriction Agreement (or other agreement restricting Optionees rights in the Shares acquired or to be acquired by the exercise of this Option) by and between Optionee, the Company and a Shareholder Agreement or one or more other holders Statement of equity securities Acceptance thereof, as set forth in Section 13.3 of the Company in Plan. Upon such request, execution and delivery of the form that Shareholder Agreement or Statement of Acceptance thereof prior to the Company provides at transfer or delivery of any shares and prior to the time expiration of exercise and as may the option period shall be amended by a condition precedent to the Company in it sole discretion from time right to timepurchase such shares.

Execution and between Optionee, the Company and or one or more other holders of equity securities delivery of the Company in Stock Restriction Agreement prior to the form that transfer or delivery of any shares and prior to the Company provides at expiration of the time of exercise and as may option period shall be amended by a condition precedent to the Company in it sole discretion from time right to timepurchase such shares.

Stock Restriction Agreement. Execution and delivery of the Stock Restriction Agreement prior to the transfer or delivery of any shares and prior to the expiration of the Option period shall be a condition of exercising this Option, precedent to the Optionee hereby acknowledges and agrees right to execute a Restriction Agreement (or other agreement restricting Optionees rights in the Shares acquired or to be acquired by the exercise of this Option) by and between Optionee, the Company and or one or more other holders of equity securities of the Company in the form that the Company provides at the time of exercise and as may be amended by the Company in it sole discretion from time to timepurchase such shares.
