Stock Splits and Similar Transactions. All references to numbers of Purchased Securities, Option Shares and Purchase Price in this Agreement shall be appropriately adjusted to reflect any stock dividend, split, combination or other recapitalization or similar transaction affecting the Purchased Securities, Option Shares or Purchase Price occurring after the date of this Agreement.
