Common use of Stock Splits, Dividends and Combinations Clause in Contracts

Stock Splits, Dividends and Combinations. In case the Corporation shall at any time subdivide the outstanding shares of common stock, or shall issue a stock dividend on its outstanding common stock, the Conversion Price in effect immediately prior to such subdivision or the issuance of such dividend shall be proportionately decreased, and in case the Corporation shall at any time combine the outstanding shares of common stock, the Conversion Price in effect immediately prior to such combination shall be proportionately increased, effective at the close of business on the date of such subdivision, dividend or combination.

In case If the Corporation Company shall at any time subdivide or combine the outstanding shares of common stockits Common Stock, or shall issue a stock dividend on its outstanding common stockshares of Common Stock, the number of shares of Conversion Equity issuable upon conversion of this Note and the Conversion Price in effect immediately prior to such subdivision subdivision, combination or to the issuance of such stock dividend shall be proportionately decreased, and in case the Corporation shall at any time combine the outstanding shares of common stock, the Conversion Price in effect immediately prior appropriately adjusted to adequately reflect such combination shall be proportionately increased, subdivision or dividend effective at the close of business on the date of such subdivision, stock dividend or combination, as the case may be.
