Common use of Stock Splits, Dividends, Etc Clause in Contracts

Stock Splits, Dividends, Etc. In the event of any issuance of shares of the Company’s Equity Securities hereafter to Advance in respect of the Shares (including, without limitation, in connection with any stock split, stock dividend, recapitalization, reorganization, or the like), such securities shall automatically become subject to this Agreement and shall be endorsed with the legend set forth in Section 4.2.
