Stock Splits, Dividends, Etc. The provisions of this Agreement shall apply to any shares or other securities resulting from any stock split or reverse split, stock dividend, reclassification of the capital stock of the Company, consolidation or reorganization of the Company, and any shares or other securities of the Company or of any successor company which may be received by the Investor by virtue of its ownership of Registrable Securities.
