Stock Splits, Dividends, Etc. In the event of any issuance of shares of the Company’s voting securities hereafter to a Stockholder as a result of such Stockholder’s ownership of Shares (including, without limitation, in connection with any stock split, stock dividend, recapitalization, reorganization, or the like), such shares shall automatically be deemed “Shares” hereunder.
