Common use of Stock Trading Clause in Contracts

Stock Trading. If the information disclosed or of which Employee becomes aware is material non-public information about the Employer, then Employee agrees not to trade in the securities of MHM, or in the securities of any relevant third party, until such time as no violation of the applicable federal and state securities laws would result from such securities trading.

Stock Trading. If the information disclosed or of which Employee becomes aware is material non-public information about the Employer, then Employee agrees not to trade in the securities of MHM, or in the securities of or any appropriate and relevant third party, until such time as no violation of the applicable federal and state securities laws would result from such securities trading.
