Stock Transfer Documents. In the event the Put Option provided for in Section 10.2 is exercised or a purchase of shares is made by the Trustee or the Employer as provided for in Section 10.1, at such time as requested by the Trustee or the Employer, the distributee shall execute such stock powers or other documents required by the Trustee or the Employer to transfer and convert, ownership of the shares purchased to the Trustee and/or the Employer.
