Stock Valuations. The Isodiol Shares will be valued at the closing price of said stock in Canadian currency on the Canadian Securities Exchange (i.e., the CSE) on the Effective Date. Any fractional Isodiol Shares shall be rounded down to the nearest whole share and eliminated; no scrip shall issue.
