Stockholder Related Parties. None of the provisions of this Agreement shall in any way limit the activities of Blackstone Inc. or any of its affiliates (other than the affiliate of Blackstone Inc. that is a Holder and a party to this Agreement (each, a “Blackstone Stockholder”)); provided, however, that it will be considered a breach of this Agreement if any affiliate of a Blackstone Stockholder takes any action at the direction or instruction of such Blackstone Stockholder that would be a breach of this Agreement if such action was taken directly by such Blackstone Stockholder.
