Common use of Stockholder Rights Clause in Contracts

Stockholder Rights. Until such time as the Corporation actually exercises its repurchase rights under this Agreement, Purchaser (or any successor in interest) shall have all the rights of a stockholder (including voting and dividend rights) with respect to the Purchased Shares subject, however, to any applicable transfer restrictions.
