Stockholder's Experience Sample Clauses

Stockholder's Experience. (A) The Stockholder's financial situation is such that the Stockholder can afford to bear the economic risk of holding the Exercise Shares for an indefinite period of time, (B) the Stockholder can afford to suffer complete loss of his investment in the New Options and any Exercise Shares and (C) the Stockholder's knowledge and experience in financial and business matters are such that the Stockholder is capable of evaluating the merits and risks of the Stockholder's investment in the New Options and any Exercise Shares.
