Stockholders Retain No Legal Title to Shares. During the term of this Agreement, the Stockholders shall not have legal title to any part of the Shares deposited hereunder and, except pursuant to Sections 2.6, 2.7 and 2.8 hereof, shall not be entitled to Transfer any interest in such Shares or the Voting Trust Certificates. It is intended by Premier, Premier LP and the Stockholders that no creditor of any Stockholder shall be able to obtain legal title to or exercise legal or equitable remedies with respect to the Shares deposited hereunder or the Voting Trust Certificates.
