Common use of Stockholder's Rights Clause in Contracts

Stockholder's Rights. Until the valid exercise of this Option, Option Holder, by virtue of this Option, shall not be entitled to any rights of a stockholder of the Corporation; but immediately upon the exercise of this Option and upon payment as provided herein, the Option Holder shall be deemed a record holder of the Stock with respect to which this Option is exercised.
