Stockholders; Voting. Except for the obligations contained in Section 6.16, and subject to the last sentence of Section 4.6(a), a Person shall cease to be a Stockholder for all purposes upon the disposition of all of such Person’s Company Common Stock and Class C/D Common Stock.
