In order to facilitate the assessment of world cocoa stocks with a view to ensuring greater market transparency, each Member shall provide, on a yearly basis, and not later than the end of May, the Executive Director with information on stocks of cocoa beans and cocoa products held in its country, in accordance with Article 30, paragraph 3.
