Common use of Stop Transfer Order Clause in Contracts

Stop Transfer Order. In furtherance of this Voting Agreement, the Stockholder authorizes Parent to request the Company to notify the Company's transfer agent that there is a stop transfer order with respect to all of the Owned Shares other than Owned Shares permitted to be transferred in accordance with Section 2.1.
