Common use of Stopping Inappropriate Acts Clause in Contracts

Stopping Inappropriate Acts. The Association may stop any activity in violation of this Agreement and the Rules. If necessary to do so, the Association can enter any Cottage at any time. The Association may, in its discretion, use any means and as much force as is reasonable. However, the Association, the Board, the Property Manager, and anyone else acting for it are not responsible for not stopping any violation of this Agreement and the Rules, and are also not responsible for anything that happens if an attempt is made to stop any violation.
