Storage and Encryption Clause Samples
The Storage and Encryption clause defines how data must be securely stored and protected through encryption measures. It typically requires that all sensitive or confidential information be encrypted both when stored (at rest) and during transmission, and may specify the types of encryption standards or technologies to be used. This clause ensures that data is safeguarded against unauthorized access or breaches, thereby reducing the risk of data loss or compromise.
