Storage Facilities. New buildings shall include adequate storage facilities for media equipment. In existing buildings, the BOARD shall provide the necessary storage facilities as funds and space can be made available.
Storage Facilities. A. The Towing Company shall maintain a storage garage or outside storage facility as follows:
1. Contain a minimum of twenty-five (25) spaces in an area which is completely fenced with a fence of at least six feet in height, constructed from masonry, chain link or equivalent as permitted or required by the appropriate building and zoning regulations.
2. Be located within the geographic boundaries of Lake Havasu City, including county land surrounded or partially surrounded by the Lake Havasu City limits.
3. Comply with Lake Havasu City Zoning Regulations. Storage facilities must meet all applicable City zoning requirements and other State, County and City laws and requirements. The storage facility may be located within a wrecking yard that is in the business for dismantling vehicles.
B. Vehicles which have been marked Evidentiary "HOLD" Vehicle for investigative or forfeiture purposes by the City shall be held at the storage facility, unless indicated otherwise, for whatever period of time necessary to properly process the Vehicle and finish the investigation, at no charge to the City. LHCPD personnel shall be permitted access to such Vehicles at any time. Vehicles stored in enclosed areas shall be secured from access by unauthorized persons. The Towing Company shall take reasonable steps to protect all stored Vehicles and their contents from theft and damage. No Vehicle designated as an Evidentiary “HOLD” Vehicle by the LHCPD shall be moved from the storage facility without LHCPD’s prior authorization. This does not prevent the Towing Company from charging the Vehicle Owner storage fees as allowed by this Agreement in Exhibit A.

If at anytime Seller elects to remove its Oil and/or Feedstock, Buyer shall provide access to all of the Refinery’s necessary equipment and all assistance reasonably required to complete such removal.
Storage Facilities. The Local Recipient Agency will ensure that USDA Foods are stored under sanitary conditions which are free from rodent, bird, insect, or other animal infestation, in well ventilated areas which are safeguarded against theft, spoilage and other losses. USDA donated foods must be stored off the floor either on pallets, racks, or shelves and organized to provide easy identity and access. All USDA Food losses must be reported through the County/Lead Agency so that the State Agency can make a claim determination. Losses or damage resulting from negligence may require reimbursement.
