Storage Fee. 5.1 If no transactions, including withdrawal, deposit, exchange or transfer (“Transactions”) are processed under the Statement of Work You do not close your account, You will pay a fee to store Your balances with Us (“Storage Fee”). 5.2 Where there are no Transactions for nine (9) months the Storage Fee shall be £25 per calendar month; 5.3 Where there are no Transactions for eighteen months (18) the Storage Fee shall be £50 per calendar month. 5.4 Where You recommence making Transactions with Access PaySuite PayFac, the Storage Fee shall cease. 5.5 The Storage Fee only applies where You hold a balance with Us. No Storage Fee will apply if you do not hold funds in your account.
