Storage Limits. There may be storage limits associated with a particular Hosted Service. These limits are described in the services descriptions on our websites or in the Documentation for the particular Hosted Service. SOLITEC reserves the right to charge for additional storage or overage fees at the rates specified on our website. We may impose new, or may modify existing, storage limits for the Hosted Services at any time in our discretion, with or without notice to you.

In the event this maximum is exceeded, Xxxxx Blocks is authorized to charge an additional amount in accordance with the amounts charged for additional storage space or data traffic as specified in the Agreement. The Service may also be blocked if Betty Blocks is of the opinion that the capacity of the server/servers used by Client is disproportionate. Betty Blocks accepts no liability for the consequences of not sending, receiving, storing or modifying data if the limit for storage space, capacity or data traffic has been reached.

If you exceed the specified limits, Atlassian reserves the right to notify you, at which point you shall be obligated to purchase additional storage through the Reseller. Storage Limits. 3.6.1. Fortix® sells different levels of data storage for Data at the rates specified in the Managed Services Agreement [MSA].
3.6.2. Use in excess of purchased data storage will count as an overage, and any overages will be notified to you and will be charged at the then-current storage fees.
3.6.3. Any failure by Fortix® to so notify you shall not affect your responsibility for such additional storage and traffic charges.
3.6.4. Services performance may deteriorate in accordance with overages and Fortix® is not liable for Services downtimes due to overages.
3.6.5. Fortix® reserves the right to create or modify maximum storage limits for the Services at any time, in its discretion, and you acknowledge that it may not receive notices about these limits.
Storage Limits. As standard, 20GB (Giga Bytes) of storage is provided with the SaaS Solution, as outlined in the Sales Order Form. This storage allowance covers the maximum allowable aggregated storage for the SaaS Solution, for example database, attachments, images, documents and so forth.
Storage Limits. CD sells 1 GB blocks of storage for End User Data at the rates specified when End User orders Hosted Services. Use in excess of purchased storage will count as an overage, and any overages are charged at $1.00 per month for the next 1 GB block or CD's then-current rate. CD may create or modify maximum storage limits for the Hosted Services at any time, in its discretion, and End User acknowledges that it may not receive notices about these limits.

Storage Limits. MARKING SERVICES limits the average amount of database to 25MB per asset as a default. MARKING SERVICES shall notify the Customer when they exceed the average limit, to allow Customer to reduce or they may incur additional storage fees.
