Collateral shall not be stored with a bailee, warehouseman or similar party without the prior written consent of IBM Credit unless Customer will, concurrently with the delivery of such Collateral to such party, cause such party to issue and deliver to IBM Credit, warehouse receipts in the name of IBM Credit evidencing the storage of such Collateral.
